Our peers who are members of the The Northern New Jersey Chapter of HPNA have scheduled this educational event, "Laughing Our Way Toward A Greater Well Being". Many of us can relate, there is plenty of stress and not enough laughter! Event to be held--Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 4:00pm - 5:30pm, MST
Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, conflict, and chronic pain, which are all abundant in today’s society. Nothing works faster to bring your body and mind back into balance than a good laugh.
