HPNF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to securing funding and creating enhanced opportunity to support the professional development of hospice and palliative nurses by providing scholarships, grants, and awards for education, conferences, specialty certifications, research projects and professional development and HPNF Chapter Education Grants.

Phoenix Chapter has been awared in the past grant monies with thich the Arizona Polst Project was started.  All Phoenix Chapter members are encouraged to take advantage of the many education and other grants to continue the mission of Advancing Expert Care in Chronic Illness!

We also provide support for major initiatives of HPNA as well as the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center (HPCC).  Each of these organizations shares a common vision to transform the care and culture of serious illness.
